Terms of Service
1. About us
This website and the European JANUARY online store are operated by Indusnow S.L., Tax ID B62654975, with registered address at Av. de la Llana, 127, 08191 Rubí, Barcelona, Spain. Contact details are available through the Contact page.
2. Scope
These terms govern purchases made through the JANUARY Europe online store. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country of residence remain applicable and are not excluded by these terms.
3. Products and availability
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours may vary slightly between screens. All orders are subject to availability. Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance; the contract is formed when we send confirmation that the order has been accepted or dispatched, as stated in the checkout process.
4. Prices and taxes
Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable costs are shown before the customer confirms payment.
5. Payment
Payment methods available for a particular order are displayed at checkout. Payments are processed by the payment providers identified during checkout and may be subject to their security checks.
6. Delivery
We deliver only to the destinations available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. Our current delivery terms are described in the Shipping Policy.
7. Withdrawal, returns and refunds
Eligible consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods. Procedures, costs and refund timing are described in the Returns & Refunds Policy.
8. Faulty goods and legal guarantee
Consumers retain all mandatory legal rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods, including the applicable statutory guarantee. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
9. Intellectual property
The website, brand assets, text, graphics, photographs and other content are protected by intellectual-property laws. They may not be reproduced or commercially used without the relevant rights holder’s permission.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to mandatory law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.
11. Changes
The version of these terms displayed when an order is placed applies to that order. We may update the terms for future use of the website.
12. Governing law and disputes
Spanish law applies without depriving EU consumers of mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence. Consumers may use the courts and dispute-resolution mechanisms available under applicable law.
