Delivery area

We currently deliver to Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany and Belgium. Additional destinations may be added over time and will appear at checkout when available.

Delivery times

• Spain: estimated delivery in 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Other supported EU destinations: estimated delivery in 3 business days after dispatch.

These estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by weekends, public holidays, peak periods, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges

• Spain: €6.99; free standard shipping for orders over €55.
• Other supported EU destinations: €8.99.

The applicable charge is displayed at checkout before the order is placed.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send it to the email address used for the order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Delivery issues

If a parcel is delayed, damaged or appears lost, contact us through the Contact page with the order number. We will investigate the shipment with the carrier.
