Can I place an order now?

Products can be purchased while the selected size is shown as available. Inventory is updated as orders are processed.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A separate email with tracking information will be sent when your order has shipped.

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout and may vary by country.

Where do you deliver?

Our initial European delivery area includes Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Germany and Belgium.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery is 1–2 business days in Spain and 3 business days in the other supported EU countries. Estimates begin once an order has been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard shipping is €6.99 in Spain and free for orders over €55. Standard shipping to supported EU destinations is €8.99. The final delivery charge is shown before payment.

Returns

Can I return my order?

Consumers may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days after receiving their order. Products should be returned unworn, unused and, where reasonably possible, in their original packaging. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions.

What if my item is faulty or incorrect?

Contact us through the Contact page with your order number and photographs where relevant. We will provide the appropriate solution. Your statutory guarantee rights are not affected.
